We have partnered again with Hot Thai Kitchen YouTube chef Pailin Chongchitnant to put together a super simple, super speedy and authentic stir-fry recipe. Who doesn’t get bored of making (and taking) lunches day-in-day out? We’ve joined forces with dietitian Carol Harrison and home economist/chef Andrea Villneff to bring a food skills education program for kids in the classroom. Rolling out fall 2017 in select Ontario schools, the goal is to inspire and enable kids to get involved and into the kitchen to make wholesome and interesting lunches and snacks. The program includes a set of 6 recipe cards, a digital e-book that will be posted on-line and 10 in-class cooking demos for grades 5 to 12 on how-to-cook! Check out the details here!
